Refund, Rescheduling & Appointment Policy
Please review the following policies carefully before booking a session:
Refund Policy

All sessions are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has been rendered.

Client satisfaction is not guaranteed. The services provided are spiritual and coaching-based in nature and results may vary. No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction.

No refunds are given for cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled session.
Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions will not be held without confirmed payment.

Missed or unpaid sessions will not be rescheduled unless approved in advance.
Late Arrival Policy

A 15-minute grace period is provided if you are running late.

If you arrive after 15 minutes, your session may be shortened or marked as missed. In either case, you are still responsible for the full payment.
Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance by emailing or contacting me directly.

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your session is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

No-call/no-show sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Email Confirmation

Once your session is booked and payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide.

Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your session details and Zoom or phone link, if applicable.
